Bhopal trip class VIII
As we sixteen students of class eight boarded the train to Bhopal, we were filled with a mixture of excitement and nervousness. The teachers accompanying us on the trip were Shobha Ma’am, and Shymala Ma’am, with whom we shared a great bond. We went to Sanchi, a site we were quite familiar with, thanks to our History textbooks. The Sanchi Stupa managed to awe us all with its imposing structure, astounding carvings and scintillating history. We went for the local sightseeing of Bhopal where we visited a large number of museums.
